In the humble suburb of morningside is a hidden gem for all her coffee and brunch needs. the exposed back walls, bare glowing bulbs and untreated wooden tables give this place the charming character the locals know so well. the interieur is best described as a combination of bright and dark tones that make the caffe a cozy street spot. it offers stunning good coffee along with Scottish cuisine at a very reasonable price. the staff is very friendly, even in the early hours of the morning seems brunch to visit its most popular time, but I found that grabing a freshly baked croissant and hot coffee in the morning was the best way to find out what Salt...more
I came here a few days ago with my friends! was actually not bad! from outside it looks pretty small, but once I was inside there are big tables and also a wee bar that allows many peeps in salt caffe is always busy when I was over and this time was the same. we were sitting at the bar first and as soon as a table was free, we passed. the nice waitress brought our menus the food itself looked delicious, but I ordered a hot chocolate. I feel that eating was expensive, but my friends seemed to enjoy her eating. I liked her decoration and the atmosphere of caffe. it was busy, but also relaxing.
