My gluten-free pizza was well cooked with plenty of topping, and they swapped out ordinary cheese for vegan for my wife who is lactose intolerant. The manager came and checked as some of the other ingredients were not vegan. They cared to get it right and we were pleased with the food and the service. View all feedback.

My wife and I visited this restaurant on the evening of January 12, 2023. The service was mediocre, with a young waiter who seemed overwhelmed trying his best to keep up with everyone. The food quality was disappointing, starting with a greasy and small bruschetta appetizer. For our main course, I ordered a plain cheese and tomato pizza, while my wife had pepperoni. Unfortunately, it was the worst pizza we've ever tasted. I wouldn't serve that garbage to anyone. My wife did complain to the waiter, but it seemed he didn't know how to handle complaints. The total bill came to £48.00 for 2 cokes, 2 appetizers, and 2 awful pizzas, which is not cheap. I have been to authentic Italian restaurants in Edinburgh that serve delicious pizzas at a lower cost. The food here was truly terrible.
The service was incredibly slow and we had to prompt the staff to take our order. We were disappointed to learn that there was a 50% off offer available for pre-booking through their app, which we were not aware of. As a result, we ended up paying full price for a very small pizza, which appeared to be a tactic for the restaurant to increase their profits. Additionally, the cost of two cokes was nearly £8, further indicating that the restaurant prioritizes making money over providing value to customers. We will not be returning.
My mom brought me to this restaurant as a special treat, but our experience was completely ruined. After my mom paid, the staff claimed that the payment hadn't gone through due to a problem with the machine's battery and no decline receipt was available. My mom showed them on her phone that the payment had been made, but the manager kept talking over her in an aggressive manner and insisted that she pay again. Despite her discomfort and concern about being charged twice, the manager assured her that the system wouldn't allow it, but he was wrong. Now she is struggling to get her money refunded and is at a loss financially. The special treat turned out to be a disaster, and the unacceptable customer service has left a sour taste in our mouths.

Visited recently for lunch. We were the first people in as guests. Table was dirty on sitting. Seating dirty. High chair filthy like it had never seen a cloth. Visited the toilets, filthy. Floor was manky, toilet roll strewn everywhere. Guessing they didn’t bother cleaning from night before? Food was average. Very very oily pizza. Glasses smudged and dirty. Standards have slipped big time. They open at half 11, but surely they should use half 11 12 and clean? No one looked at us til 12 anyway? Really put off going back.
