Liberton Golf Club - Edinburgh, City of

The golf course is challenging and enjoyable, with excellent conditions and fantastic greens. However, the catering leaves much to be desired. The food lacks effort and I would not recommend eating there. I ordered a chicken baguette that never arrived, and was told it was because the chicken was still frozen.

This golf course is beautifully maintained, with lush greens that have been consistently excellent during recent summers. The staff, including the professional, are helpful and knowledgeable. The Clubhouse has seen significant improvements and now feels much more welcoming, thanks to the new Club Manageress, Angie. She greets guests with a warm smile and adds personal touches that make everyone feel at home. I will definitely be returning!

Beautiful building. Typical golf club lay out with plaques and trophys. Best toilets I've saw in a golf club in a while. Pleasant staff. Good food, cheap drink what more can u ask for.

The title says it all - great food and great value! Four of us enjoyed fish and chips with salad, two teas, and two bottles of Lucozade for a total of £37. We also ordered four slices of red velvet cake and a black coffee for £9.90. The fish was perfectly breaded and not greasy, and the chips were also cooked perfectly. The meal came with tartar sauce and a lemon wedge. They even keep glasses in the fridge for your juice to keep it nice and cold, which is a nice touch. The staff were very friendly, and I will definitely be returning!
