While some diners rave about the excellent food, particularly the mixed grill and generous portions, others express dissatisfaction with lukewarm dishes and a lack of accompanying sauces. Service experiences vary, with friendly staff often noted, yet some patrons felt rushed to leave after their meal. Despite the noise and occasional reservation hiccups, many agree that the flavorful cuisine and reasonable prices make it worth a visit. This hidden gem may have its quirks, but its culinary offerings leave a lasting impression on those who dare to try it.
This Nepalese restaurant serves a series of different dressed and some well-known Indian dishes. our food was excellent, with the lamb simply falling from the bone. the staff is helpful and friendly. the location is excellent and very practical for the festival theatre and the university. very pleasant.
Eating here was amazing. there were four of us in our party and not a court we ordered was a little less than amazing.
Mediochre. decoration. eating was lukewarm and found it expensive, although we only ordered a drink. pickle tablet was absolutely tiny. no spot on other Nepalese restaurants in edinburgh and my hometown.
Superb food, lovely people and great service. And the ginger theme works with the best rice ever! Highly recommended
Very quiet in the mid afternoon. Good service and good food in an unhurried atmosphere.
