The staff at the restaurant was extremely friendly, pleasant and efficient. However, the portion sizes were disappointingly small, as they did not leave diners feeling satisfied. Bella italia thanks them for giving us something of an instant glamour in the taste-free kitchen that offers Scotland. this is a chain and there are 90 of them or so in Britain. it can be one of the few restaurants that they find in Britain that actually know what is salt! it is not a wood fired margherita that my discriminatory palette is used to, so I would recommend the pasta over the pizza options
Due to the situation I went for the first time and had great, fast service. the pizza was great and the beer was cold. I liked it so much that I came back a few days later. they skip the dough swirls but not bad, but they don't really value.
The restaurant was excellent. very nice service. the staff was very friendly and helpful. eating was nice and very fast served.
We enjoyed our meal and the waitress was very attentive. some of the menus were not available, but there were many ways to choose from. we thought the set menus were good.
I would definitely visit again when in the city. I have to follow a gluten free diet and the choice was excellent. They even had gluten free focaccia. The cocktail was also lovely. All staff were friendly and helpful with everyone explaining and following the new COVID rules
