What User doesn't like about Subway:
You never have chocolate chip cookies when I order. And also no other subways, made an online order and it was wrong if I picked it up so I did not accept it, was said he would let the manager know and I never refunded a refund. Spoke with manager and she was very unprofessional she had no idea how to treat Custumers. Smh View all feedback.
Today, I had a strong craving for Subway! Initially, I planned to order at the drive-thru, but the line was moving really slowly, so I opted to go inside instead. There was just one person in front of me, and it was Thursday at 1 pm. I ordered the rotisserie chicken sub on toasted wheat bread with provolone cheese, and I can't recommend adding a scoop of avocado enough—it’s a must! The staff was friendly and efficient. I also wanted to try a couple of new items: the chips and a cookie. Miss Vickie’s Lime and Cracked Pepper kettle-cooked chips were delicious! I also enjoyed the Raspberry Cheesecake Cookie, and the classic Oatmeal Raisin Cookie never disappoints for me!
The young lady who assisted us was very friendly. She prepared our sandwiches just as we wanted and served us a generous portion of deli meats and vegetables.
My grandson works at this restaurant, and the food is actually quite excellent. It's fresh and I think you'll enjoy it as well. It's a fantastic place.

I placed an online order, and when I picked it up, it was incorrect. I refused to accept it, and the staff mentioned they would inform the manager, but I never received a refund. When I spoke to the manager, she was very unprofessional and didn't know how to handle customer service. I was really disappointed.
I was quite disappointed with my sandwich. I requested extra jalapeños, but all I received were two small slices. On the other hand, they certainly didn't skimp on the mayonnaise—it felt like they added an entire bottle! It was way too much. To make matters worse, there weren't nearly enough napkins to clean up the mess. The mayonnaise created quite a disaster. Overall, I was really let down.
