I am deaf and mute, I knew that sonic only the drive thru and loudspeaker on the menu in years. Since then it has the mobile order on the sonic app. I always use this app to order something, it was great. the personal is very friendly. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
We waited for 20 minutes and then pressed the button to inquire about our order. We waited another 10 minutes for a response, only to be asked, "What was your order?" Five minutes later, someone came out to ask the same thing again, at which point we requested a refund. After waiting another 10 minutes without any resolution, we left without our money back.

I was in need of coffee in the morning so I went to sonic to buy one of their Java Chillers, well I get there to find out they discontinued them! I spoke to the manager Richard while looking at the menu with disappointment and seeing what else I can order. I then hear Richard say that he can try his best to recreate the Java Chiller ! He called it the coffee shake and when I tell you that it taste exactly the same, I mean it! So thankful that Richard went out of his way to recreate the java chiller. #morningmade
Sonic has great food; it's always hot fresh. One of the best things about Sonic is how nice positive the car hops are. We should really appreciate the work they do.
Carhops are so friendly and my food came out within minutes. Plus it's down the street from my house.
Always fast and friendly service... Never have to wait around and the management is great
