Las Margarita’s #3 - Edinburg

That was our first time here and glad we came. very nice and friendly staff and eating was very good. we were here for breakfast, but we wanted to go back to lunch. they have a buffet or they can order the menu.

All four of us had eaten here before, so there were no surprises. Our waitron may have been new since she was receiving prods from a more experienced gal. So our service was a little slow, but when you're with friends, who cares? The margaritas were huge and tasty. The food was as good as ever and it was hot when we got it. This wasn't our first visit and won't be our last.

I heard great things about this restaurant and their cilantro rice. We decided to give it a try. Unfortunately they don't make the rice anymore, possibly due to the pandemic, and the entrées were average. The soup they give you as an appetizer was phenomenal and so was the fresh lemonade served in mini pitchers. We each had 3 servings of the lemonade.

Some of the food here is pretty good, but I can 't help but feel that everytime I go, something is always off with either the food, or the service. I 've had a good meal or two and it 's not a break the bank joint, but if this restaurant focused more on a particular type of food instead of trying a little bit of everything, it could be a much better place. I 'll keep going here and there because it 's a decent close choice to eat where the rest of the local restaurants are all fast food, I just hope the place focuses on improving!

First time here, loved the environment. The place is really nice. Went on a Friday night, they had a Spanish live band playing. This place had a a lot of potential BUT they need to new servers!!!! Please get new servers!!! They took FOREVER to go even ask me for my drinks. I had to get up and ask them if they can please send me a waiter, then after that the drinks took a while to get there, not only that. The food took like a whole hour !!!! I usually don’t mind but the server never did go and ask if we needed any more drinks... I was planning on having a few drinks... got to only have one because of the wait!!! The food was good it made up a little bit but I’m so disappointed my friend and I had to wait so long for food and drinks.
