This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I absolutely loved it! The person who greeted us was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the menu. I ordered the cocktail bowl, which was quite large—I couldn't even finish it! The portion sizes were generous. I definitely plan to return! Thank you! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Green Ceviche Edinburg:
Here they have their own take on Ceviche. You make it yourself and it's honestly awesome. They have a lot of flavors to pair up. One thing I'm disappointed in though is that they need to add Totopos(crunchy fried tortilla chips). They offer crackers and to be honest that doesn't go with ceviche. View all feedback.
I ordered the cocktail with avocado and limette Habanero sauce for extra kick, and my oh my was it fresh and good. I have the combo with a chicken salad sandwich. so much food and the price was amazing. the little whip is enough of a meal for over person. I loved this place. will be back.
My first time here at Green Ceviche and I enjoyed my experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn’t wait long for my order (Baja Fish Tacos). And food was very flavorful. I’m curious to try other items on the menu so I will be back for more!
Well thought out concept. Not the usual sushi place for sure. It's almost like sushi in a bowl with your choice of veggies and seasoning sauces. Give it a try.

Ate here with my husband two days ago. Interesting menu options, most of which we really didn't understand (Spanish). We each chose a fish taco and a shrimp taco and also a bottle of water each. The first surprise was the total price $17. The second was the size of the tacos fairly small. I will say they were freshly prepared, well seasoned and delicious. Overall, we had great food, certainly not too full, and pricey, considering the price of food establishments here in the Valley. We won't eat here again but I can't wait to make my own rendition of their shrimp tacos here at home.
