Since it is this place hardly becomes business and you have rude people on the drive thru fear all customers no wonder it?s always empty here who works in the drive thru only opens the window and stares at you rudely 0 customer service! and you all are greedy with everything that can give?t even extra salsa if there is not in a micro cup or at all no? Why is it so hard for employees to have a better customer service? Lady at the drive thru window not a single word I understand when customer is rude therefore employee is rude, but I greet her to get nothing back, she had an rude face all the time! Not to mention that she almost threw my card back on me! Pls train your employees better!
Horrible customer service. I call them first to place an order and they put me in hold for 10 min. Since they did not take my call ,I decide to go to the place using the drive through, it took them 30 min to have 3 gorditas ready. I Decided to cancel the order and go somewhere else.
Gorditas were hot and fresh. Expect a wait time here.. waited for about 25 mins.
I asked for 3 Gorditas and the same man that charged me went and got them ready his gloves were full of masa and he kept touching everything. He is protecting him self is he thinking of anyone else? Not returning no way
Horrible customer service. Food had a weird taste. Salsa tasted old. The staff was too busy talking to take my order. Once they took my order the cashier was talking to someone else while I was ordering. Food was given but didn't give me my drink had to interrupt their conversation to get their attention. And they are way too loud while people are trying to enjoy their food.
