I decided to cancel my order, realizing that the pick 4 deal was more affordable, and I asked why the sandwich was priced so similarly to that deal. To my surprise, the MANAGER working the drive-thru rudely instructed me "not today" and then slammed the window in my face. If I could, I would give negative stars for this experience. The atmosphere was unpleasant and unclean, with flies buzzing around everywhere. It seemed like the tables hadn’t been wiped down since 2004. While the service was somewhat fast, the staff were unkind and unfriendly. The food was mediocre overall—though I found the fries and chicken to be decent, the hamburger was quite unappetizing. The area for drinks and condiments was also dirty. I rarely complain about takeout food anywhere but I really have to say that this meal was bad. The burgers were so overcooked that they were literally dry and hard to swallow. In addition the bacon that should have been on my burger must have been invisible.
