What Roger Henz doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
My dog, Baxter and I go in 4-5 times per week. Usually order an egg McMuffin and a pup cup. Bax brings smiles to the worker’s faces and it’s the best part of his day. He wasn’t feeling well this afternoon, so I took him for a ride to grab a sandwich and a pup cup. The kid at the window wouldn’t give me a cup because I didn’t pay for it. The restaurant was quite understaffed, similar to many places nowadays. The wait for our food was a bit longer than usual, but I understand that many businesses are facing challenges with staffing during these times. Overall, I appreciate the situation. Food: 5, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 3.

This location is the worst. I ordered and was ask to move to a parking space...10 minutes later still no food. Left without my order completely frustrated..and they expect 15$/hr. Completely incompetent from top to bottom. Service: 1
I can't remember the last time I went there and actually got what I ordered. To the point that this time, rather than getting something complicated, I got three basic straight off the menu sandwiches. And still every one of them was wrong. Not just wrong, but cheaper versions of everything I ordered. Trust me, drive the 20 minutes to erie or go to taco bell down the street cause this place wouldn't be worth the money even if you manage to get what you pay for.
