Taco Bell - Edgewood

I wish I could be lower. I work for a food delivery service and every time (5 times now) I have to pick up, it's a 15-minute waiting time. They are not even busy during these times (no by car). Idk, what her problem is, but unless you wait for someone else to order.

Just waited in line for 15 minutes with no one taking orders. Left because I had to go back to work. Staff is always nice and my food is usually right. Idk what was going on today. Sometimes they're fast and others super long.

Visited this location about a week ago, we ordered online. Food was fresh, especially the fries, seasoned well and crispy. Tacos were a little skimpy on the meat. But overall I enjoyed. They were out of chicken for the bacon chalupa but I got steak instead. We went to the Bel Air location the day before for nacho fries they were cold and mushy and broken up, not good at all. I will stick with Edgewood from now on.

The nacho fries were missing and none of the 4 tacos were correct. They were missing tomato, which I asked and paid for extra, onion that I added on, and there was no sour cream on the supposed supreme tacos. Two hard and two soft tacos were ordered, but none were correct. The burrito was also missing tomato and onion, with red sauce on it even though I asked for no red sauce due to it being too spicy for me. There were no packets of mild sauce, only fire and diablo. Lastly, the food was cold.

I would not give this restaurant any stars. They always claim to be closed before 11:00, but then open at 9:00. If you are a delivery driver and have to cancel an order because the staff here are too lazy to make the food, it negatively affects your ratings unfairly. Do not come here, as they are slow and lazy. The management is very poor and I will be reporting them to Taco Bell Corporate. I suggest going to the Bel Air Taco Bell for better service.
