Shiso is our go to sushi spot in the west of Denver area. Overall great for takeout or sit down, not too many places this far from the ocean that have raw fish this good. Plus their staff are awesome, we've have Justin as a server a few times and he's always on it. He even helped steer us to a sake that is now a regular in our rotation. I'm shocked this place has such good reviews. Half my sashimi came out half frozen. The rice in the rolls is very obviously old, clearly not made this morning but leftover that was kept in the fridge and brought to temp. It's way over priced for that quality and quantity. Hands down best quality sushi in the Denver area! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a solid sushi staple for takeout or sit down. Justin is an awesome server and always checks in to make sure you're taken care of from beginning to end! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
