I really admire this restaurant. It has a unique atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious, the service is efficient, and the staff is very courteous. The prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend it! View all feedback.

I was in line from 8:55 PM, and the staff waited until 9:05 PM to inform the customers that they would not be serving any more food. I felt really sorry for the father and daughter in front of me who had been waiting for 15 minutes. It was quite disappointing. View all feedback.

I waited in line for over 10 minutes, only to be informed that the store was closed and we wouldn’t be served. We arrived well before closing time, but it seemed the staff were uninterested in helping us. I'm very disappointed.
My family and I have always LOVED Ritas!They have the best Italian ices and the staff members are awesome!
My grandsons love the custard and ices here.
Lots of fantastic flavors to choose from. Tip your servers, they generally do not make minimum wage and rely on tips.
