I ordered a maple bacon croissant sandw... read more Went to this Dunkin before an appointment in Baltimore and the time spent in line made it so we couldn't stop elsewhere. I ordered a maple bacon croissant sandwich, and only got a bag of bacon. Ordered a frozen hot chocolate and received a hot chocolate.I'm sure these workers are dealing with a lot, a few months ago I worked at another Dunkin. Nothing against the workers.

I go in today as a p... read more 10/09/2022 Once again this place is the WORST! There isn't enough time in the day or enough deacriptive words to say how bad this place is! I go in today as a party of 3, our combined total of $36.00 which included 5, drinks, 1 sandwich, 2 bagels, 1donut, 2 hash browns. When we walk in, there were no other customers in line a head of us, nor were there any customers waitingfor their orders to be made. We grabbed a table and all of us engaged in conversation. After about 10 minutes someone questionedwhere's the food??? By this time there are now 3 other orders behind us also waiting. As a daily frequent customer to thislocation, I am familiar with the manager (who was THERE) as well as the 4 food preparers who were also there... After about17... 18 minutes of still not getting our order, I stood with my receipt in hand so all could see I was waiting... Completelyfrustrated because looking into the kitchen seeing all 4 food preparers laughing, giggling l, playing around with NO CARE at allthat not only was I waiting for my food, but now 6 other customers waiting for theirs... Finally after 20 full minutes pass doesthe manager decided to go to the kitchen to figured out why the ENTIRE inside is PACKED full of people. It was finally at the23rd minute after my order was placed did my order number get called.I go up to get it bring it back to the table only foranother person in my group to just throw her hands up with complete dismay and frustration when she opened her sandwich to findit was wrong!!! Edgewater DD, congratulations, you have just surpassed my 35 year hatred of Wendy's (people, THAT should tellyou how bad this DD is)!!!
