Lily our waiter was sweet. Hostess was extremely rude. Told us to wait 10 mins for a table. 20 mins later, no table yet they instantly seated a table of four when they arrived, claiming they were the owners. Hostess continues to talk to guests, texts on her phone and doesn’t seat us. We finally go to ask her about the table, then immediately takes us there. Clearly a lack of attention and care. Spending $150+ and such awful service. Not to mention the food lacks any and all seasoning. Well done burger wasn’t well done. Not worth your money.

Sat down for a lunch with mu mother who came to visit for the day. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers. I ordered mine rare and it came out well done. I’m totally fine paying $27 for a cheeseburger, but damn! get it right and write down the order!!! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Fries

I've been visiting this place for years, but it’s now under new ownership, just like the old Kelley House. It used to be a nice spot for great pub food, but our experience this evening left us disappointed. My wife’s Lobster Mac and Cheese wasn’t served hot, and my fish and chips were just okay. What really upset me, though, was that they charged for refills on plain iced tea—$5 a glass! I had two glasses, and they were only about 10 oz each, mostly filled with ice. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.

Lisa Ann was very accommodating when we requested to be outside in someone chilly weather. She gave us very attentive service and good recommendations on what to order. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and we'll come back for the food and service!
