The Dunes - EDGARTOWN

The dining room was stunning and had a beautiful view. The dining experience was amazing, thanks to our delightful server, Andra. The bone-in ribeye for two was absolutely fantastic, as were the desserts.

I have always had a fantastic dining experience at The Dunes at The Winnetu. The service is outstanding in a beautiful setting, especially when seated on the outdoor deck with a view of the nearby ocean. The new chef this season has impressed me with his delicious sauces and tasty breads. I recently hosted a dinner for 21 guests to celebrate my son's birthday, and every meal was excellent with creative presentation. The staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating, confirming that I made the right choice in choosing this restaurant. I have already made reservations to return next week and I am looking forward to it.

The food was exceptional, but unfortunately, it was let down by the service and ambiance.

We placed a reservation a day in advance and it was not there the next day when we came in. We waited a bit to be seated, but once we were seated we were not approached by any staff members for over thirty minutes. By this time we decided to leave because it was a ridiculous amount of time to wait for anyone to come by, but none of the workers seemed to notice or care.
