19 Raw Oyster - EDGARTOWN

We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The bar menu was excellent, and the wait staff were extremely accommodating since we brought our baby along. The oysters were five stars, although my husband wasn't as thrilled with his salad. However, the lobster roll and beet salad were both fantastic!

When we arrived there was a private event happening. We asked if we could sit at the inside bar in the back dining area and the hostess figured it out for us, we just waited a few minutes. We ordered bourbon cocktail and a Paloma, they were both great butthe bourbon cocktail was really spectacular. We ordered 6 oysters and tried three different kinds Honeysuckle, Signature, andCottage City. The Signature were our favorite. Then we ordered 6 more 4 Signature and 2 spearhead so we could try all of theMartha?s Vineyard oysters. The sauces were really fresh and flavorful. It didn?t seem to take a while to shuck the oysters butwe didn?t mind sipping our drinks in their beautiful space. Surprisingly, they also had a great playlist. Glad we stopped by!

On A chilly but sunny evening. The front lady kindly turned on the outdoor heaters for us. Not just one but two heaters! For the price, we really liked their dish! We really liked their Oysters! Their snapper was Fresh!! We pretty much liked every dish wehad there. Our server guided us with her favorite menu and it was Perfect! Based on this visit, I can recommend this place to myfriends and others!!

We took our first trip to Martha's Vineyard, and this was one of our favorite dining spots. We ordered the octopus, gnocchi, scallops with shrimp fried rice, and a filet. The food was excellent!

Now, let’s get to the food! First up, the oysters: you absolutely need to try them. We even saw the delivery truck drop them off right at the restaurant. Fresh from the ocean—what could be better than that? Next, the Lobster Caviar Slider was delightful, featuring generous chunks of lobster. The caviar was a bit underwhelming, but overall, I was thrilled with this dish. The Tuna Poke was excellent, with a good portion of tuna mixed with just the right extras. The crunchy malanga chips were large and delicious. The butter-poached lobster tails may look small, but don't be fooled—they're rich and decadent. Definitely worth ordering! The scallop bowl is one of the smaller main dishes on the menu. While the scallops are a decent size, it won't leave you overly full. As for the shrimp and grits, they know what they’re doing. The shrimp are wonderfully marinated and come in large chunks, while the grits have a firmer texture. It's a fantastic dish, and I highly recommend it. For sides, the Brussels sprouts and shrimp fried rice were absolutely amazing—both are must-tries. I can’t wait to come back!
