Per mydays in der raphael suite in der residenz des schlosshotels landed. the carpenter is honored, accordingly is with modern not much to expect the suite was spacious and clean, the staff very friendly. breakfast included in the price, very rich. the restaurant we couldn't test because no more space was left. for our dog we had to surprise 12 euro, for which exactly remains mischievous. we basically travel with cover etc. to let ewtl couch jumps go without any pollution of the rooms.

We wanted to redeem a voucher in December under the week. very unfriendly lady on the phone, has not tried to look and said everything booked. the internet site of the hotel showed us something completely different.

4 stars aren't for me. mold in the bathroom, hanging on towel torn off, on the wc flushing does not have so that the bare wall can be seen. the breakfast is not controlled if anything is missing. on the first morning there was no more touch. on the second morning the normal rolls were empty, peeling for jams were empty. so service is different. in the restaurant the ladies were really super nice. eating overpriced, it was okay, but not overly great, especially in the trips. on the entrance hangs the menu. but rather looks like a cabaret or the like. cheap printed and hung in. also very tidy. does not look inviting. the system also looks unfit.Rooms: sufficient and beautifully furnished. modern food drinks: very large wine card. spears rather oversightable and overpriced for my taste.Noteworthy details: nich suitable for people with walking disability. there is no elevator and steps everywhere.

Wonderful ambience.We were totally surprised and enthusiastic. the assigned room was simply grandiose and we felt very comfortable. our dog (11 years was grateful that the room was parterre and was reachable without stairs. everything was very lovingly executed. (obst bowl, wein, etc. the associated park surrounded by weinreben offered very good for a small walk.The 3-course menu booked to the arrangement proved to be an absolute high-growth.Also the breakfast buffet was excellent and did not leave any wish open. the personal was always friendly and accommodating. we will definitely come back.A warm thanks to the entire team, for their efforts to always satisfy the guests.
