What Samantha Prince doesn't like about Starbucks:
My local Starbucks was closed today, so I put a mobile order into the west Springfield location. When I arrive my order was not ready yet and I proceeded to watch the Starbucks employee complain to another employee about my ?complicated? order. She made my coffee so bad, I have never bad such a bad experience at a Starbucks, she looked absolutely miserable. She was the one with beaming red hair. View all feedback.

This was my first time visiting the Starbucks on Riverdale road. I normally go to the one on Memorial drive, which is awesome. First off the store was not busy but I waited almost 15 minutes for a simple hot quad espresso, I don't know what the hold up was but there was only one customer ahead of me. When I finally got my drink it tasted disgusting. It was bitter and flat. I threw the drink away. I have been drinking Starbucks quad espresso's or espresso con pana's espresso with whipped cream almost every day for over 10 years. I go to Starbucks always, including locations in Colorado,Florida,South Carolina, Maine and Connecticut and have never had a bad experience until now at this location.
Definitely mixed reviews here which is understandable, I have yet to have a problem though. when the line at Memorial Drive is ridiculous and slow I come here and they're always friendly at the window
Just ordered macchiato with extra expresso and lite caramel and they made it wrong(extra caramel , went back in, got a new one, left the store but this time extra espresso is not added so I am drinking 7 dollars milk : plus lost 10-15 minutes. Espresso tastes off by the way.
As always excellent customer service, the cashiers are wonderful, one of my favorite places for a quick bite, last time they were unable to accept apple pay and didn't bring my wallet so they gave me free food lol.
