Whoever that manager that’s black is idk why she kicking me out the store when she don’t know that I need something to start my day. Bad service by the black manager with the gold grills on her bottom teeth. Honestly don’t go there only go for meetups. Severely disappointed. View all feedback.
Always makes there frozen hot chocolate so good only in West Springfield! The X Dunkin' needs to learn the proper way!!

Im in love with dunkin but the employee vicmary soto is the best she should be a manager. Good employee,respectful, friendly and respectful. God bless herParking: Good space but they need to upgrade the entrance too small to go to the paiking lot if you got a big truck
