food is great.but when a customer specifically asks for ice cream, whipped cream, and sprinkles on TOP of the whipped cream.. that doesn’t mean put a pile of sprinkles UNDER the whipped cream so it tastes like plastic on a spoon. had to scrape the top off of the whole thing for it to be edible.and to be fair, this is the only issue i have had with this place. it has absolutely amazing food and a cool atmosphere. i’m... What Pat Higgins doesn't like about Classic Burgers:
Milkshake was just that, milk, not good. Cheeseburger was decent. Service stunk after having 8 people order after me and they get their food/ ice cream while I stand there STILL waiting for a guy with a broken arm to make my milkshake as all my food got cold. They have good customer service. I don't eat in this restaurant but I use to take doordash order . I think they are nice to everyone to. Oke.
