I was very disappointed with the burgers. First, our children's meals were messed up, so we had to return them to the restaurant. Then, when we received the burger boxes we ordered, the patties were burnt, with pieces of charcoal from the grill on them. I do Uber deliveries and when we get an order apparently they still accept it after 10pm even through they are shut and I’ve been denied to pick up an order so please can you fix the issue it’s quite frustrating
Today I visited this store. And my experience is totally worse and the staff is unprofessional they don't know how to behave with customers and I think they are racists.
I loved the way food was presented on plates, staff was so kind and helpful, I used to get food through drive thru but this was first time I did dine in with my friends. Food quality is top class. Good job oporto team, keep it up.
