Bruegger's Bagels - Eden Prairie

I’ve been a regular customer throughout the pandemic and I always thought this vendor had my safety as a customer in mind when I entered this store. But I was shocked yesterday when I entered the store prepared to place a large combined order for myself and some neighbors and I found 4 customers and ALL 3 employees maskless. Whatever virus particles any of these people had would surely be left hanging in the air or deposited on the bagels. And I imagine that behavior to include customers who had been there prior to my arrival. The sad thing is that I had just come from the Costco and Byerly’s locations in Eden Prairie and all of the employees at those stores showed their concern for their customers health by wearing masks. Needless to say, after an uncomfortable few moments sizing up the situation (I really wanted those bagels and sandwiches) I turned around and left. I guess I need to find another supplier for my bagels. You should do the same if you value your health and want to stop the pandemic that has ravaged our community and economy.

Cosmetically speaking, it’s a place I would expect in NE Minneapolis, not Eden Prairie ripped seats, could use some fresh paint, and trash and egg shells on the floor. But hey, leaving your trash out means you can prove you use fresh cracked eggs! But the customer service was great, so not a bad experience.

Quick efficient service. You can watch new bagels being made while in line. Servers are knowledgeable about the food and it tastes great.

Lance always puts a smile on my face, and the bagels are also good. Beautiful selection of bagels and cream cheese. Yummy Breakfast Bagels, I recommend the Pastrami, Egg and Swiss.
