Papa Johns Pizza - Eden

Best pizza around, but they're getting close to pricing themselves out of my dinner options. It's now cheaper to eat at a real Italian restaurant than to order a pizza from here.

My son picked my order up for me. We eat Papa Johns in Eden at least once a week. My papadia had barley no meat and my cheese pizza that was ordered with extra cheese barley had any cheese. I called and spoke to manager and told him we could not eat it. He said bring it back I said ok I will tomorrow it was 10:30 at night. He said if I didn't bring it back before close I would not get refunded. I think this is a bad policy as I live 20 minutes from the store. I will start using the reidsville store and hope for better customer service.

I only buy pizza from this restaurant for the garlic butter sauce, which I specifically requested but did not receive. I called the manager and he offered to give me one if I returned, but I live 7 miles away. He also mentioned that the garlic butter sauce does not come with thin crust and that I was not charged for it. I believe it should come with any kind of pizza you order. Overall, I was very disappointed with Papa John's.
