The food is excellent, and the establishment is clean. It offers a warm ambiance, typical of many similar shops. The staff is incredibly patient, helpful, and friendly. This was the dirtiest Subway I've ever visited. I saw a woman drop a knife on the floor, pick it up, and then place it on the counter where she was preparing sandwiches. To make matters worse, there was a fly in my niece's sandwich, which we discovered after she had already eaten half of it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with unclean conditions and rude service. View all feedback.
This is how not to run a store. Train your employees or sell the restaurant to someone who cares. Please. The is the worse customer service in western ky.

PLEASE READ. I called to see if they accept coupons. I was told YES. The employees did a good job making my sub. When I went to pay, it said coupon not accepted at this location. This was coupons mailed by subway. My neighbors told me in the past about this location not wanting to take coupons. Looks like they do anything to rip you off. I will NOT go back. I hope that the location goes out of business. The coupons on the same sheet worked at two different locations. RIPPED ME OFF HERE. I am sure that the owner will post something in defense. The person needs to engage in fair business practices. I am telling everyone that I know about the rip off I experienced. The LAST time going here for me.
The subs are always good and the people working there are nice. Connor waited on me today and he did an excellent job. Great personality for dealing with the public.
