Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

I went here with my son and one of my daughter to get water ice and pretzels. At 7:30 the worker put her head out the window and said she have no more water ice. how do a water ice company have no business. and they closed at 9pm. They lost my budiness.

Friendly staff very busy location but they keep the line moving!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I visited this place a few days ago, 2 Employees looked my way when I walked up and didn’t bother to greet me and my son. Very ignorant and unprofessional. One of the young ladies was kind enough to come serve me. But 2 of the others sat on the chairs and watched her while giving me dirty looks. I will not be giving this rita’s my business after that incident. Use to love this location but seems like the staff has gotten unprofessional over the year. Folsom location will keep my business.

Everything was good, with the exception of the fact that THERE WAS A LINE AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING (15- 20 TO MINUTE WAIT ?. Management should have employed additional staff, or they should have been there. I young lady that was working was doing a great job. I hope that additional staff was coming in before school let out.

The best ice cream ever. The store is super clean. The best thing I love in this store is customer service.
