Heritage On 9 Tavern - Eddington

The tavern upstairs is my favorite spot! They serve amazing burgers and onion rings, and their beer is always nice and cold. Thank you, Sally!

Wow, where do I begin?! As soon as you walk in, you instantly feel at home. Head over to the bar and you’ll see all the beautiful local lakes and ponds decorating the room. The service is exceptional—absolutely a 10 out of 10. You’ll never find your drink empty! The food is incredible; usually, I stick to the same dishes, but every time I’m here, I try something new. Trust me, do yourself a favor and check out this hidden gem!

Everything about our experience was exceptional. We chose to have a late lunch/early dinner at Heritage, a place we hadn't visited in a while. We sat at the lovely bar, and Barry provided us with outstanding service, just as he always does. Richard was craving baby back ribs, and we were fortunate that there was one order left, as tonight’s batch was still cooking. He remarked that they were fantastic, and he declared the beans to be the best he’s ever had (he always says that about the beans at Heritage!). I decided to try the Buffalo chicken pizza, which I had never had before. It was also excellent—thin crust with just the right amount of spice. I was a bit disappointed that they no longer offer lobster dishes, but I completely understand why.

Let me start off with the waiter is a phenomenal guy who did his best. I understand that there is an issue going on because of the new laws and there is a shortage of lobster. But we are in New England and to ask for clam chowder in New England and not have it that's bad. The drink prices were not bad however, the drinks were not good. The ambiance shouted four or five star, and the menu didn't even match what's online. What's sad is I was looking for a place to take people when they come out of town unfortunately it's 10 minutes away from my house but I will not be taking them there.
