The fact remains that the kitchen is very fair in cooking and seasoning. Clearly the catastrophic service was factual and not a pattern. Disorganization following a few organizational failures. It would be unfair to kill the reputation for this. Even if despite the excuses it is not pleasant, the professionalism is there and this restaurant remains recommendable without hesitation.
