Chez Georgette - Eckwersheim

So you think you've experienced French cuisine? Alsace, in eastern France, has its own culture, cuisine, and even language. If you want to try distinctive Alsacian cuisine, this is the restaurant the locals will tell you to visit. Tarte flambee is their specialty (sort of a thin crust pizza), and you can get beer with bitters. Not crowded on weeknights, even during tourist season.

We came here on vacation and ended up eating at Chez Georgette 3 nights in a row! The food was local, delicious and and the service top. Highly recommended! Merci à vous!!
