What User doesn't like about Gasthof Krämer:
We wanted to have dinner at Krämer (red horse) for lunch today. Unfortunately, apart from the drinks (after 15 minutes), we didn't get any food. When we still didn't receive any food after 90 minutes, we asked several times and were told that our order never made it to the kitchen. Miserable service. Das Essen war hervorragend! Darüber gibt es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Die Ausstattung ist etwas altmodisch und nicht wirklich bequem. Alles ist sehr eng gestellt, vermutlich um mehr Gäste auf einmal bewirten zu können, zumindest im Hauptraum. Das empfinde ich persönlich als ziemlich beengend. Aber alles ist sauber. Der Service könnte freundlicher sein; ein Lächeln hier und da wirkt Wunder. Eine Mitarbeiterin war sogar eher schnippisch. Grundsätzlich gebe ich jedoch wegen des herausragend guten Essens trotzdem 4 Sterne insgesamt. Kinderfreundlichkeit: Es gab kein spezielles Kinderangebot an Speisen. Vermutlich kann man nachfragen. Kloß mit Soße ist sicher machbar.
