I’m definitely going to order the local fries every time we visit—they're the best fries I've ever had in my 55 years! I can’t wait to try their Reuben sandwich! The Hulaburger was also very tasty, and my mom had the Patty Melt, which she enjoyed immensely! I used to think that nothing in Echo could impress me, but I was so wrong!

Every meal I've had here has been great. I go to Echo monthly for massages, I used to have morning appointments and would get the best breakfast sandwiches with hashbrowns on the side. Great price point. Went in this evening just before close and didn't realize the time, I double checked and they said it was okay to sit down for an order. The Bacon Mushroom Swiss burger was great. A pile of home fries I couldn't possibly finish, fried to perfection. The service was good and I'm so grateful they didn't mind serving me late.
