You... read more Since Mecces started using self-ordering kiosks, the following has been observed, especially at the Mecces in Eching: Up to ten kiosks invite you to order. You pay cashless and receive a number. There 's only one food counter, however, and you wait there. At the Mecces in Eching, this can take up to fifteen minutes. Up to four staff members wait, completely relaxed, until the next meal is delivered. The display with in preparation and ready for pickup is incorrect. Numbers that aren 't ready for pickup suddenly disappear; today the display went out completely, which actually provided better information than if it had been on. Why Mecces in Eching is considered a fast-food restaurant is beyond me; cooking yourself is faster, cheaper, and healthier. Therefore, it 's a valuable and lasting experience.

The team seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. One employee tried to help, but was reprimanded by the manager in another language.
