I ordered takeaway at 7:30, but by 8:30, we still hadn't received our food. When we called, they said the delivery driver would be leaving soon. At 9:15, there was still no sign of our order, so we called again. This time, they promised to contact the driver and have him come straight to us, and said they would call us back in 10 minutes. I ordered takeaway at 7:30, but by 8:30, we still hadn't received our food. When we called, they said the delivery driver would be leaving soon. At 9:15, there was still no sign of our order, so we called again. This time, they promised to contact the driver and have him come straight to us, and said they would call us back in 10 minutes. By 9:45, we hadn't received either a call or our food. We tried to reach them again, but they weren't answering. It's been over 2 hours since we placed our order, and the service has been absolutely disappointing! If you can't deliver the service, don't attempt to do so!

Ordered a takeout.. Was told they would call back to take order after 5 minutes.. It's been almost half an hour.. No one called back.. If u can't make an order.. Pls just say..
