The location is really exceptional with a beautiful view over the region, simply beautiful in summer and winter. You can expect real hospitality, good food, warm service and if the landlord (Z) is having a hard time, a little joke or two is also part of it

The shepherd 's spit was okay, the fries were very good, and the salad was relatively fresh, although it unfortunately came with instant dressing. The service was largely overwhelmed. While our order was taken in full, drinks took a very long time. The six meals for our table arrived at completely different times, making it impossible to eat together. Perhaps our experience wasn 't entirely representative of the service, as the mistress of the house wasn 't there. Apparently, the service is much better under her supervision. The view from the Weitblick is excellent, however. The seating is unfortunately poorly arranged. If people are sitting at adjacent tables on opposite sides, it 's almost impossible to get up without disturbing the person sitting behind you. All in all, it was (still) acceptable, but I would only go back if it was possible, e.g. if I were visiting the neighboring swimming pool.
