I used to LOVE IVP they used to be 5 stars, I seriously have no clue what is going on with them lately. But not sure I wanna come back. On 2 diffrent occasions, since July 2021 I haven't been served my order, I had to go back up to the counter to get my food after noticing many people getting there food that were after me in line. I had a great dining experience! The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I visited for lunch and spent around $10–20 per person. Everything was top-notch: the food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend trying the meatballs!

My husband waited in line for 15 minutes, hoping to place his order, but the staff member just stared at him without saying a word. This is not acceptable customer service! Eventually, he decided to leave without ordering anything. Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch.

So this is interesting. They close at 8 pm. We got there at 7:40 pm. Sat in a booth, waited for 10 minutes while watching about 5 employees go about their business. Wondering if anyone was going to welcome us or tell us how to order. We weren't acknowledged at all. OK not a big deal. We went up to the counter to order and where turned away. Not cool. I would have understood if they said we close at 8 we can we make you something to go. That would have worked. As a small business owner I would never just tell a customer I can't take care of you because I close in 10 minutes. I travel through Ebenburgh very often and will not stop at Italian Village ever.
