Lovely location close to Isar and only minutes from Munich. Friendly service, prices are very reasonable and good quality! Nice location, also for cyclists.

I wanted to have tafelspitz consomme with pancakes, and thought it might not be enough so I added some braised celery root. The soup came in a large glass bowl, and was amazingly tasty and good! Then the five slices of celery root were dusted...in a graham flour, fried and served up with meerretich (horseradish grated and sauce). Never had this before was delightful and truly tasty. I drank water with this, and was really pleased with the meal. The place is comfortable, warm, and ok for a female alone. Price total was Euro
