Rooms: Zimmer und Einrichtung ist eher altbacken. Das Essen ist Durchschnitt und der Service wirkt sehr einstudiert. Von allen Kellnern beim Abendessen kam nur ein junger Mann Österreicher sehr authentisch rüber. Food drinks: Mittags gab es eine Suppe und die restlichen Rohkostsalate vom Abendbuffet . Thank you for the beautiful days in this beautiful place. The Bärenkopf room we had was very nice and spacious. A fantastic view of the mountains and the lake. The food was a dream, lots of choice and with half board plus we had a rich snack with us! The service was very friendly and accommodating. At the meal as well as at the reception and also all other employees. We enjoyed it very much : !

I can really recommend the 4 seasons! The hotel is so beautiful with great attention to detail. The service was also 1A, especially in the restaurant. Greetings to the waiter Roland : The 6 course menu was great. Something for every taste. 13 salads to choose from at the starter buffet. TOP!! The wellness area was also great. Indoor and outdoor pool, saunas, steam bath and a whirlpool. The location is also very good, as it is only a few minutes' walk to the lake. We had wonderful days and would come back any time.
