Folie’s Sushi - Eaubonne

Sushi type “French” I tested a lot and I’m disappointed 90% of the time by the competitors. While Folie ́s sushi is really the best in the area for several reasons: Big sushi with a nice dose of fish unlike some restaurants where only rice is eaten. The rice is pretty good and well vinegared. The thickness of the sashimis is good, you don’t see through! Soy sauces are good that varies according to restaurants) Always impeccable delivery even if sometimes a little long) They are convenient on the choices of sushi in the proposed trays if you want to change for example I always ask for salmon sashimis rather than the mix of fish displayed in the menu) They're nice. They accept all means of payment resto card, resto tickets, bank card, cash) on delivery and on site. The price is frankly affordable, even if I see small increases here, but at the moment it is not abusive. The flats: The formula at will on the spot at noon is a big no for me, already because there is not enough room to eat on the spot, only 2/3 tables outside, so it is better to call before to make sure that there is room and cross the fingers so that it is always there. Then and above all, waiting to be served... In fact Folie ́s Sushi is mainly from delivery or take away, so they prioritize these types of customers who are the vast majority, so we have to wait long before we take our order and to recommend also if we want it again... and it is also very long to be served then ... in 1h20 on site we have been ordered only once and we just had the time to eat before the closure. So I'm not sure we can call it a formula at will when the slowness of the service only allows to order one time.... It doesn’t prevent me from ordering in delivery but on site it’s clearly not adapting. Second flat : Before in command for 40€ we had a bottle of soda offered, then it was 1 canette per person, then it was 1 canette per order and since there is simply nothing. A little pity, but it's okay.

Super welcomes team to the top order has several resumption and never disappointed fresh and quality product I recommend a 100% (me. The children are enjoying themselves.

The displayed prices are not correct! Very dirty premises. Aggressive personnel when challenging the price paid and the price displayed. It's deplorable!

Soy sauces are good (it varies depending on the restaurant) Always impeccable delivery (even if sometimes a little long) They are accommodating with the choice of sushi on the platters offered if you want to change (for example I always ask for salmon sashimi rather than the fish mixture displayed on the menu) They are nice They accept all means of payment (restaurant card, restaurant tickets, bank card, cash) on delivery and on site. The price is frankly affordable, even if I notice small increases here and there but for the moment it is not excessive. The downsides: The all you can eat formula on site at lunchtime is a big no for me, already because there is not enough room to eat on site, only 2/3 tables outside, so it is better call ahead to make sure there is room and cross your fingers that it will still be there. Then and above all, the wait to be served... In fact Folie´s Sushi is mainly delivery or takeaway, so they prioritize these types of customers who are the vast majority, so we have to wait a long time before we take our order and also recommend if we want more and it also takes a long time to be served afterwards in 1h20 there we were only able to order once and we barely had time to eat before the closure. So I'm not sure we can call it an all you can eat formula when the slow service only allows you to order once.... That doesn't stop me from ordering delivery but on site, it's clearly not suitable.
