The Plus - Eau Claire

Came to town to visit my sister and check out Jazz fest and this was one of the places that we hung out! One of the most inviting environments ever! Had some great conversation with the bartenders who were very easy to talk to and very timely when making sure their customers were taken care of! It definitely seems like the people working love their jobs. So exciting that they are open again and I heard rumor that they will be reopening The Plus after construction finishes! (Maybe end of summerish? The patio off the back is super cute with plenty of high top tables to gather around on a nice night! The night we were there we got to see Nick Foytik preform! Super enjoyable and everyone had a great time! Also not usually something I mention in my reviews but their bathroom is ridiculously nice!! Well kept and beautifully decorated just like the entire place! I will most definitely be stopping in the next time I'm in town!! 100% would support the owners here, you can tell their hearts are in it!!

Great wines to sample from all price points. Tied to The Plus for food and snacks. Fun! Give it a try. Sam was a great bartender and really knew her wines.

Great atmosphere, great wine. Had a lovely time sampling wines. Felt the prices were very reasonable. There was an outdoor patio (shared with the Plus) and the indoor seating was nice, too

It's pretty cool that I'll Claire got a place like this, right in the heart of downtown. We visited on a food on a food tour. The staff was knowledgeable and the wine was very reasonably priced. You can taste all sorts of things and maybe grab a slice of pizza next door if you still were hungry. when I went to college here and they didn't have anything like this around it's good to see downtown making improvements.
