The staff at this restaurant appear to lack concern for the quality of the sandwiches they make. I have visited twice in the past few months, and on both occasions, my sandwiches were poorly assembled and unappetizing.
The service was awful. None of the tables were clean. The employee was working alone and kept leaving customers waiting in line. The owner should just close down this location and focus on improving the other shops.
This restaurant is incredibly dark. The uninterested child working behind the counter epitomizes the overall soul of this establishment. Sandwich ingredients are scattered around haphazardly, reminiscent of God's abandoned creations. The microwave seems to do most of the work here. Online orders are rarely fulfilled. Near the register, there are job applications stacked up like a reminder of those who have been and will be consumed by the Eat Fresh machine. On the bright side, there is ample parking available.
I had several issues with a recent online app order. One of my sandwiches did not get any mayonnaise as requested. Neither of my footling sandwiches were cut in half. These issues weren’t a big deal but then I noticed a long, curly hair attached to one of my sandwiches. So I filled out a review through the Subway website. I received a response by the local owner the following day. I was very dissatisfied with the response as I did not get a refund for the hairy sandwich or a gift card/coupon for another sandwich. The response felt copied/pasted for any general complaint and didn’t show any care or concern for the customer. Not planning to go back.
Almost always great service. Tend to be a little skimpy with the veggies though.
