Shanghai Bistro - Eau Claire

The atmosphere inside is quite pleasant, and the servers were outstanding, promptly attending to customers. The food is delivered by a neat and intriguing automated robot! I ordered the roasted duck, which was absolutely delicious. My only minor complaint was that the portion of rice provided was a bit small. I'm happy to support independent businesses that offer free EV charging for customers!

Had a really lovely time here today. Our waiter was incredibly kind. He had the robot sing us happy birthday, which my toddler loved, and even took pictures of us with it. I wanted the Impossible Drunk but was told they were out of an ingredient theyneeded. Instead, they made me a special dish that I don't believe was on the menu. I enjoyed it! Very impressed by the customerservice. Will definitely be back again to try other dishes!

Better than anticipated! Delicious food, specifically our signature rolls and bao buns with bulgogi. Kimchi was a pleasant surprise! For parents with littles, the restaurant offers a very affordable kids menu and a fun robot who delivers food. Onlyshortcoming was the service, but that can be easily forgiven.

We ordered hot sake, edamame, miso soup, a kids' noodle and chicken dish, and five sushi rolls. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We received great recommendations for the rolls, and the "extreme Philly" was our favorite. We also tried the Maui, Alaskan, California roll, and a veggie roll. Everything was delicious! The only item that was just average was the kids' noodles—they were a bit bland, but that's probably acceptable for a children's meal. The restaurant even has a real robot that serves as the expo and brings food to your table—I'm not kidding! I'll share a picture of it. We've never encountered anything like that before. I highly recommend this place!

I've passed by this restaurant many times, but today was the day it truly impressed me! I ordered the chicken coconut curry, and it was absolutely delicious! It had a wonderful balance of sweetness and savoriness, without being overwhelmingly spicy—just the way I like it. The service was efficient and friendly, and the prices are fantastic for the quality of food you receive. This place has definitely become a new favorite!
