Pizza Hut - Eau Claire

The service and prices are great at this restaurant. It is often busy, but I ordered online and it was quick. This is definitely the place to go!

This is the first time I have ever had an issue, but my pizzas were very overcooked, with barely any cheese or sauce on one of them, and both were almost as hard as a rock when picked up.

In October, I was informed that I had a $15 credit from my previous visit to this restaurant. I attempted to use it by ordering online twice, but was told that my order was ready and then waited in my car for an hour as they claimed it was out of stock. After calling a third time, they admitted that my order had been sitting on the counter the whole time and promised to refund the credit. When I visited again, they initially couldn't locate the credit or my order. Eventually, they found it but said that the discount was not valid. If the restaurant is willing to offer some compensation for the inconvenience I experienced, I might consider recommending them.

One of the nicest restaurant staff I met in a dae. they have great staff! order was ready for picking up at the time selected and was hot.

Ordered online said it would be ready in 25mins got there in 30mins wasn't ready I had to wait an extra 20mins I had to wait an extra 15mins for my food got it home pizza was under cooked and my cinisticks were burned that pizza hut is only delivery or carry out and it wasn't busy I sat in there by myself no one else was there don't think I'll be going back to that location.
