Mcdonald's - Eau Claire

Every time I visit this restaurant, the food is covered in sauce to the point where my hands end up messy. Even though I didn't ask for extra sauce, the reason I'm writing this review is because the service was subpar, even for a McDonald's. There are two drive-thru lanes, and I pulled up to the first one. When asked if I was using the app, I said no thank you. However, the worker proceeded to help two cars in the other lane who arrived after me. The first car she helped before me was understandable, but the second one made me angry because they had a large order. At this point, I regretted not going inside, but I couldn't back out due to cars behind me. When I finally reached the window, the worker didn't greet me or give me a total. I waited for a long time in the drive-thru before finally receiving my food, which unsurprisingly was a mess in the wrapper and drenched in sauce.

Unforgetable experience waited 5 minutes for a lyft after getting dropped off by greyhound, there was a crazy old man asking for free

The taste of McDonald's food is generally consistent across all locations, but the service can vary. In this particular McDonald's, the service was exceptional and above average.

The service was great, but the cheeseburger was a bit greasy. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice.
