The prices are too high for what you get. The meat was particularly overpriced, and the food selection was lacking. It seems like they cater mostly to a high-end clientele and focus on flashy presentation, which means they're missing out on the basics. I wasn't impressed with the bakery either; several items had a weak aroma, and again, they were quite expensive.

I was just looking for a quick lunch at 12:45 p.m. There weren’t many options available, but what I had was extremely delicious.

The restaurant is always clean and well-lit, both inside and out. The restrooms are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. The food is amazing, but the prices reflect the high quality and may not be affordable for everyone considering the portion sizes. Unfortunately, there are other café options nearby that offer similar quality in equally pleasant settings but at much lower prices.

I spent $9.10 on a bacon cheese burger and a hyvee sparkling water that was $1.and some. Which means the burger was 6-7 dollars it was disgusting .? I could have got a combo at McDonald’s for that price or less with fries. So disappointed on the price I paid and the taste.

Had repeated issues with online orders. Left feedback on an online order. No response from you. Ordered again and the problems got even worse. Went to the counter and encountered three employees who couldn't be bothered to pause their personal conversation to talk to me. I then used your Contact Us form to write to you about it. It's been 2 1/2 weeks. No response from you. Last weekend I wrote you a Facebook message about this situation. It was shown as having been read almost immediately, but still no response from you. Pretty clear at this point that you simply don't care. I enjoyed the supper I bought at Festival tonight.
