This is a great place to stay. Perfect location close to the mall and the hotel restaurant, Johnny's, is the best in town. A little pricey but definitely worth it.Rooms: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Holiday Inn Eau Claire South I-94:
Horrible stay. Hotel was full of children that were unsupervised. They ran the hallways all night long. Destroyed the pool and hot tub all while their parents sat outside and drank. We complained at check out that is was the worst stay we have ever had and we 're answered with I bet it was. Housekeeping took or threw away a gift card I had laying on the night stand. Stayed here after attending a musical festival at the Country Jam Festival Grounds. Convenient location right off I-94. Clean, modern, QUIET rooms with comfy beds. Kind and helpful staff. Well-maintained indoor pool and hot tub. Family friendly. Vending machines on every floor. NO continental breakfast. Would stay again.Rooms: 5/5
The gal at the front desk actually got us in a little early. This was huge for us given our situation.Very close to the mail and all sorts of restaurants.I thought the place was new within the last year, it’s been there for ten years. Very clean and located off the beaten path. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a wedding going on, but it remained very quiet. Someone left their kids unattended and the pool was damaged. They were refilling it the morning we left. I’d like to see this place stay away from renting to Hockey, basketball, baseball, and all other sports. Sure, you fill the rooms, but the damage to the facilities and the guests last forever. Just my opinion! The two gentlemen that took care of us at the bar were great! The food was amazing. We sampled a few appetizers and had some drinks. It was nice to walk back to the room from there. Overall this place is fantastic. This will be our new stopping spot for quick weekend getaway’s. The bar was a little dark. Just a cool vibe for what we were out for. We can’t wait to go back!Rooms: Clean, quiet and comfortableNearby activities: This place is perfectly located to do just about anything going onFood drinks: The on-site restaurant was great. Johnny’s has a huge selection of food AND Drinks.
This was one of the worst stays at a hotel I have ever had. The hotel was filled with families there to play baseball. The kids were allowed to run through the hotel like it was their personal playground. Stomping, jumping, and screaming down hallways all night long. The pool and hot tub were nice, but we could not use either due to 20+ unsupervised children yelling, splashing, and even spitting in the pool. Management and staff would not do anything to stop these kids. When we checked out, we told her it had been an awful stay, and her response was, I bet it was. Housekeeping was great until I realized they took a gift card I had left on the night stand.

Very pricey and No breakfast.Won't stay again. Even though room was nice, I stayed at others that were nice too but more reasonable and get breakfast. It's sad when your traveling and only use room for maybe 8 hrs. And pay dearly for it!!!
