For instance, our bartender only earns $4 an hour, yet they handle everything from making drinks to serving customers, cleaning glasses, packing orders, and processing payments for our carside guests, even on the busiest Friday and Saturday nights. Food came out 45 mins after order and it was very slow. Asked for a manager because of service and never got the chance. Food also came out cold and was cold. I also had to ask for one order because it didn't come out till well after all the otherorders. Do not recommend
There was a hair in my food, it tasted good once I got food minus the hair. My wife's mac and cheese was terrible, I couldn't even make it better at home. Nobody was at the bar to make drinks. That all being said, I had good service.
Our waitress was the best part. Trinity A. was great at her job! She was attentive, nice and made sure we had everything we needed from refills to napkins. Food was good and cleaner than last time we went here two years ago. We actually went around after we got there for 10 minutes it was so dirty. Glad things are no longer like that, so we can visit again.
The spooky margaritas are amazing!!! The quesadilla burger was good it was just really greasy which made it not as good. Took a long time for the bill which we had to go ask for.
The food was cold there was only two other people dining other than ourselves the waitress acted like we were all bothering her if we asked for something.. the bartender was in the bathroom doing a number (2) didn't wash her hands when she left the bathroom all in all horrible service on my 35th birthday would not recommend the Eau Claire Applebee's
