This restaurant is a reliable option for affordable pizza, with fast cooking times and a friendly staff. Occasionally, due to high demand, the pizzas may be slightly undercooked or have limited toppings, but it is still a decent place to grab a slice. View all feedback.
What Brad B doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I placed my dinner order three hours ago, but according to the app, the food has not been delivered and there is no sign of it. I have been trying to call the restaurant for an hour and a half, but I have been on hold the entire time. I need either a refund or my food. View all feedback.
Order pizza ,,3 hours went by. No delivery..try calling Domiinos no response. Had to do a charge back on credit card. ..no delivery ..be ware of their bad customer service.
I just paid $37.00 for 2 large pizzas which an hour to arrive at my house. Which I live 5 minutes away from restaurant. Plus was cold . They never ever answer there phone and should be shot down
Wasn’t ready until an hour after the estimated pickup time and the employee spent most of the hour standing and talking on her cellphone while she ate pizza. Without washing her hands and while still talking on speakerphone, she made our order and didn’t use gloves or sanitize her hands at all. For the majority of the hour, we were the only ones there with an order and the store was doing carry out only so it was just us.

I would rate this restaurant as a zero if possible! After waiting 2 hours for delivery, I decided to drive to the store where I found about 6 other customers also waiting for their orders. These customers had been waiting between 1-2 hours as well. How is this possible? When I tried to speak with the staff, we were completely ignored as if we weren't even there. I was then informed that our order was almost ready. Almost ready? They claimed they had been backed up since 4 pm (it was now 9 pm) - over two hours had passed! Half of our order was sitting there getting cold. When I asked about a discount for the inconvenience, I was told no. After asking again about compensation, the female staff member told me we should appreciate our customers. What? I then decided to cancel my order and asked for the name of the manager - there was silence as they didn't want to tell me. After pushing the issue, I found out that the male behind the counter, Dan, was the manager. We ended up ordering from the Red Bank location, where we received our food hot and in a timely manner. I will never use the Eatontown location again. Be warned - the staff is rude and unable to handle their business. Dan has no business running a store that he can't handle. This was the worst Dominos experience ever.
