What Bryan Hicks doesn't like about Hungry Howie's Pizza:
I had to change my previous 5-star review to a disappointing 1-star. I'm not sure if the owners have changed, but this place has been terrible for the past year. I'd recommend going anywhere else. Today, I ordered a pizza and was told it would take 15 minutes. I waited outside for 45 minutes for curbside service, but no one ever came out, so I ended up leaving. The staff seems quite clueless. I stopped by on my way home from work tonight and had a great experience. The staff was really friendly, and I ended up paying for a pizza for a veteran sitting next to me. The employee was concerned about the change, but I was just leaving a tip. It shows the quality of their employees when they care so much.
